Oracle CEO invited to talk at FM Seminar

Earlier this month, Oracle Solutions CEO, Mr Jess Scott was asked to deliver a talk to facilities managers at an expert focus seminar. The seminar was held in Kettering, Northamptonshire and was attended by over 100 facilities managers and property professionals. The seminar was focusing on the day to day requirements needed to effectively manage property regarding asbestos, legionella and environmental comfort.

Jess Scott’s presentation provided an experienced insight into the complexities of managing asbestos in buildings within the UK. The talk included knowledge on the size of the current asbestos in buildings challenge. The talk also included information about asbestos surveying, asbestos removal and the basics of asbestos management.

The presentation was well received with all the property professionals who attended commenting on the usefulness of the information provided. Many of the listeners were unaware of the size of the asbestos in buildings challenge and now have a much clearer understanding of what they are required to do to manage their asbestos.

Oracle will continue to share their knowledge with everyone in the buildings management industry to help reduce the negative impacts of asbestos across the UK.
