Asbestos Quality & Technical Manager
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident, adaptable, great people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be assertive with excellent attention to detail.
Ideally you’ll have at least 5 years in an asbestos consultancy role with experience in asbestos surveying, analytical, training and consultancy work. In addition you’ll have a minimum of 3 years, and a proven track record of managing and developing a UKAS (4600) accredited organisation.
You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing all internal quality procedures in line with our UKAS (4600) accreditation. You’ll have a comprehensive understanding of all relevant areas of asbestos legislation, International Standards (ISO17020), RG8 and ILAC to assist in the continual improvement of quality systems within the department.
You’ll be working for Oracle Solutions Asbestos Ltd based in Kettering, Northamptonshire and you’ll travel to sites across the UK as required. You’ll report to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing all site and office based quality systems and standards.
You’ll also be required to undertake training of our team as part of the development of performance and compliance levels, assisting with onsite asbestos surveys and operational needs, as well as delivering asbestos related training to our clients.
