Contractor Control and Quality
Once you are satisfied that you have a contractor who understands what the project involves and they have proven themselves to be cost effective through tendering, the next step is to ensure that they undertake the works in full accordance with the specification, regulations, approved codes of practice and guidance.

Once your project is completed we will ensure that you have the correct paper trail for your records. In the event that in the future you are asked for any information with regards to the works we provide a full project report which contains the following:

- All project specifications and scope of works
- All project method statements, risk assessments and contractor information
- All project management notes, site information and audits
- All project air monitoring and testing results
- All project clearance information and certificates of reoccupation
- All project waste notes and asbestos disposal information
- Updated asbestos register / report where required
